arrivals & departures

  • Full payment upon check-in
  • Check-in 12 - 4 pm; check-out 10 - 11 am
  • All guests must complete this form and sign prior to set-up
  • Maximum of 2 guests per site; additional overnight guests at $10
  • $15 daily late fee will apply the day after payment due date and will continue until full payment is received
  • No refunds on early departures
  • Monthly guest payments are due in full on or before the same day of arrival each month

parking & vehicles

  • Two vehicles allowed per site plus RV
  • All vehicles and RV must have license plates displayed
  • No vehicle allowed to protrude off of site into roadway
  • No in-park vehicle or RV repair work
  • Park speed limit is 10 mph
  • Parking on vacant RV sites will result in daily rate charge

rig/site appearance

  • We reserve the right to refuse any service, due to rig appearance and/or condition
  • No power converters permitted; guest will be responsible for damage caused by use
  • No tents or pop-up campers permitted in park
  • It is mandatory that all sewer or gray water hose connections have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gases from escaping
  • No open flames, fire pits, or chimneys allowed; small BBQ grills permitted
  • Outdoor camp items should be neat and orderly
  • No tires, 55 gallon drums, storage containers, generators, freezers are allowed on the site; storage bins under RV are permitted in neat appearance
  • Keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and bundled
  • Properly sized your electric cord for your site
  • No light duty extension cords allowed
  • Holiday decorations must be removed within two weeks of holiday

pet rules

  • All pets must be on leash at all times while walking your pet
  • Clean up after your pet
  • Pets are not allowed in buildings, do not wash your pets in bathrooms
  • Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on lot
  • Pets are not to be left unattended outside of RV, constant or frequent barking will result in guest being asked to leave
  • Limit 2 pets per lot; no large breeds allowed such as pit bulls, dobermans, or shepherds, determined in manager's sole discretion

general rules

  • Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 7 am
  • Do not hang bathing suits or towels or lines outside of RV
  • No swimming pools, slip slides, sprinklers allowed in park
  • THIS IS AN ADULT PARK, NO CHILDREN ARE PERMITTED TO STAY, DAY VISIT ONLY, CHILDREN VISITING MUST BE SUPERVISED BY ADULT AT ALL TIMES!
  • We do not guarantee same site should guest decide to extend, check with manager for availability if you wish to extend
  • Monthly guests are responsible for fire ant control on their site
  • The park is not responsible for damages, theft, or injury occurring during your stay, park employees will be weed eating around site, hoses should be elevated
  • While on the property, please put all cigarette butts in a proper container
  • MAGNOLIA RV PARK MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES IS IN NO WAY LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE BY FIRE, WIND, THEFT, ACCIDENT, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE TO THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THEIR GUESTS
  • No swimming or fishing in pond on property due to wildlife danger
  • Place all trash in plastic bags with ties and place into trash containers provided close to your site
  • No big trucks or boats allowed in park
  • We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privies to offenders of park rules
  • Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors
  • Emergencies call 911
  • Owner reserves the right to change the rules without notice
  • No harassing, disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward our staff/employees/contractors or toward other registrants and their guests; violating this rule will result in removal from the RV park
